Roots Community Services has been providing programs and services for children, youth, women, seniors and families in the Region of Peel since 1985. At the heart of our organization is the desire to help clients lead healthy and productive lives. Through our programs and services, we create pathways to wellness that help empower and inspire clients to build on their strengths and find solutions to overcome the challenges they face.

Our Violence Against Women and Gender-Based Violence Prevention programs provide supportive avenues for women, including trans, non-binary, and anyone who identifies as a woman, to help them work through the trauma.

Uplifting Men's Voices

Our Men’s Program, Black Men Speak Up, aims to provide support to Black, African and Caribbean (BAC) men, age 18 years and over, who are struggling to cope with mental health issues, especially those who are in abusive situations, as well as their families.

Resilient Futures is a Prosper Canada initiative funded by the Government of Canada through Employment and Social Development Canada’s Social Development Partnerships Program—Children and Families.
