Roots Community Services has been providing programs and services for children, youth, women, seniors and families in the Region of Peel since 1985. At the heart of our organization is the desire to help clients lead healthy and productive lives. Through our programs and services, we create pathways to wellness that help empower and inspire clients to build on their strengths and find solutions to overcome the challenges they face.

Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide a high level of confidential administrative, operational and day-to-day support to the CEO, as well as support some functions related to the Board of Directors. The role involves handling communications in the executive office, assisting on projects, and liaising internally with staff and volunteers as well as externally with partner agencies. The Executive Assistant is expected to work with limited direction, executing a significant amount of judgment, tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Youth Advisory Board
Do you know any youth who are passionate about making a difference in their communities? We invite youth aged 12 to 24 to join our Youth Advisory Board. We invite youth to share their voices and help shape the way we support our Black, African and Caribbean youth through our programs.
